The younger sister of May Zail and a member of the Zail Family, Ran Zail is a young Knight Trainee.
She was on Arin during CC 430 through both Battles of Arin. She was lucky enough not to be within the Core Temple during the initial stages of Elise - 34 attack and thereafter she did not appear to take an active part in the fighting against the Beasts.
For a while she took shelter with Arch Rider, and Arden along with her sister. Currently, after witnessing May Zail's death, she evacuated with the rest of the refugees as Anne's assault started.
