Founded by the PPP, the IAN School is the top-class engineering school in the planetary system. It has a research facility and they've also been training research workers. Although the planet is half destroyed, IAN School is a high performing school in the planetary system, and it forged a favorable public opinion by doing after war support activities.

IAN School promotes an active social responsibility and humanitarian assistance response in its curricula by providing courses and bonus points on field work for disaster hit areas. Students, faculty, and staff provide emergency management consultations, immediate disaster relief, post-disaster clean-up, recovery and rescue, first-aid, and reconstruction.
